I’m running for Precinct Chair to unite Republicans, conservatives, and sane people from all walks of life—from every point on the Right side of the spectrum—to unify, organize, and mobilize together in our common mission to defeat President Biden and the Democrats’ failed liberal agenda on all fronts.

I’m also running because our community needs an active Republican Precinct Chair who actually wants to do the duties and responsibilities of this position to build our GOP Party—not divide it.

My wife and I moved our family to Leander to get away from Austin politics, and I can’t stand by and let our community fall. But we need all hands on deck. Our Republican tent has room for everyone who loves freedom and liberty, and ALL are welcome. We have an incredible community here in central Leander ready to unite and fight for what we believe in.

As your next Precinct Chair, my number one job will be to leverage my years of experience to maximize the Republican vote coming out of Precinct 264:

  • Solid conservative with a proven winning record electing candidates for the Republican Party
  • Former Political Director of the Republican Party of Texas (RPT)
  • Over 25 years of experience working on Republican campaigns in Texas
  • Previous delegate to state and national Republican conventions
  • Organizer of our local We Support Our Leander Police Department effort
  • Vice President, Magnolia HOA Board of Directors
  • Member, Williamson County Republican Leaders Organization (WCRL)
  • Member, Central Texas Republicans (CTR)
  • Associate Member, Leander Area Republican Women (LARW)
  • Associate Member, Capitol Republican Women (CRW)
  • Life Member of the National Rifle Association of America (NRA)
  • Devoted husband, proud father, small business owner, and your neighbor in Magnolia Creek

If elected, I will lead our precinct to fight hard for Republican candidates who will:

  • Secure our border
  • Lower taxes and inflation
  • Stop liberal indoctrination in schools
  • Protect parental rights
  • Rebuild our economy
  • Restore energy independence
  • Support law enforcement
  • Fight for freedom and against government overreach
  • Stand up against President Biden and his abysmal administration

Together, we can build a Republican stronghold that overperforms for our local, state, and national candidates here in our important piece of the Williamson County puzzle. Together we can keep Leander, Williamson County, the great state of Texas, and our beloved America RED.

What Does a Precinct Chair Do?

They are the deepest root of the grass in politics.

Precinct Chairs are tasked with three critical responsibilities:

  • Running elections in their precinct
  • Growing the party base to turn out the Republican vote in their precinct
  • Serving on the County Executive Committee of their local Republican Party

After working as a field operative for many election cycles and Political Director of the Republican Party of Texas (RPT), Travis knows nothing is more valuable than an actively engaged Precinct Chair. Sadly, we don’t have one right now.

With over two decades of campaign experience, Travis is perfectly suited for this mission for Precinct 264. In fact, while serving as Political Director of the RPT, he helped write the manual for Precinct Chairs to train and build this vital network across the state.

When you head to the polls on March 5th for the 2024 Republican Primary Election, scroll down the ballot and vote for Travis Griffin as your next Republican Precinct Chair for #264. I won’t let you down.
